Viral Short Video of Chocolate Cake Has The Internet Drooling

Thanks (or no thanks) to social media, heavenly desserts can be indulged purely by the sight of it. While molten lava cakes are making their rounds on your Facebook feeds, Instagram user, @chefkelvin got everyone’s mouth water with this short insta video:

Featured in FoodBeasts, this dessert was viewed 1 million times over night!

The dessert is known as the “Hit Me chocolate cake”, notably from the ‘hit’ action needed to break the top chocolate layer of the treat, expelling overflowing wonders of roasted white chocolate ice cream.

Made by New York based pastry chef, Thiago Silva, this simple yet genius creation of a brownie, liquid Klondike bar and devil’s food cake combo! *drools*

Unfortunately, feasting our eyes is all we can do since this dessert is only available in New York restaurant, Catch!
